THE AKACHI EMPIRE

Inspired by “The Golden Age of the Moor” by the late Ivan Van Sertima and “The Journey of Man: A Genetic Odyssey” by Spencer Wells, “Celestial Prophecy” is a quest shown through the eyes of an ambitious royal who serves as a window to world history.
A Nigerian fisherman discovered the “Dufuna Canoe,” an ancient vessel dating back 8,000 years.[1] The Akachis, royal descendants inheriting Olókun’s sea-commanding power, originated from a fusion of ancient Yoruba Orisha lore and West African history.
THE ORISHA
Since antiquity, people of the West African diaspora have called upon Orishas through offerings, sacrifices, chants, and prayers for guidance, blessings, and aid as they navigate life’s challenges. This spiritual hierarchy includes these deities, each possessing distinct gifts, knowledge, or powers, and all are part of Olódùmarè—the Supreme or Divine being.
THE AKACHI CLAN - JOURNEY TO TENGA (TINGIS)
The Akachi Clan, the Tribe of Water, are direct descendants of Olókun, the Orisha god of the oceans. Waterborne descendants possess various abilities to protect Earth’s vast waters and all life that dwells within them.
Descendants of Olókun ruled coastal kingdoms and a series of small islands along the West Alkebulan. In 552 B.C., “Maliki” Akachi, scorned by his violent and paranoid father, Lutalo Akachi, narrowly escaped after battling his father’s plans to annihilate the waterborne descendants of Olókun, Oya, and Yemoja from the Coastal Lands, as well as the Nok, Malian, and Wagadu Empires. Maliki led several hundred men and their families northward to seek refuge.
They settled in a remote seaside mountain that provided fertile land and mild weather along the northwest shores of Alkebulan, later known as Mauretania Tingitana.
Mauretania proved to be a fruitful match for Maliki and his followers. The clan’s technical, medicinal, and seafaring expertise was invaluable to the nomadic Berbers and later Celtic, Iberian, and Phoenician immigrants who formed a multigenerational coalition known as the Descendants.
Under Akachi’s rule, the Village of Tenga thrived, evolving into a remarkable kingdom that defeated invaders, both potential and overt, until the Roman conquest. Tenga’s progressive ideals and wealth from southern assets contributed to the establishment of the “Kingdom of Immigrants,” where their acceptance of diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds became their strength.

Mlezi - Order of the Divine
The Divine assigned select groups of men to protect Olókun’s descendants soon after humanity’s third shift of enlightenment. The Great Shaman, prophet of Realm One, established and guided the Mlezi Guard, which originated in Southeast Alkebulan in 20,062 B.C. from an ancient civilization later known as the Kingdom of Kush. As millennia passed, the mlezi undertook a coastal migration that brought them to the waters along the farthest edge of Western Alkebulan. Olókun’s mlezi descendants are renowned for their battle skills and strength, while Oya’s descendants, the goddess of the River Niger, demonstrate great intelligence.
Mlezi serves in collaboration with the Twelve Prophets under the sacred command of the Divine.
